Max Seating Capacity depends on Seating Format:

• Seminar Style without Table: 40 pax
• Seminar Style with Table:
  • 6 tables x 4 = 24 pax
  • 6 tables x 3 = 18 pax
  • 8 tables x 3 = 24 pax
  • 10 tables x 3 = 30 pax

Rental rate:

Weekend (Saturdays & Sundays)

1. $250 for 3 hours (minimum)
2. $700 for 8 hours (9am to 5pm).
3. Additional hour  = $20 (5pm – 6pm)

Weekdays

1. 9am to 6pm: $200 for 3 hours (minimum)
2. 6pm onwards: $250 for 3 hours

A deposit of 50% is required 2 weeks before booking date. Balance 50% payment to be paid 3 days before actual event.
