Course Objectives

This cyberwellness programme for parents is designed to get parents up to speed on issues surrounding the cyberworld, highlighting the possible dangers and pitfalls there. The programme will also help parents choose healthier lifestyle alternatives as well as programmes and techniques to monitor their child online.

At the end of the 0.5-Day workshop, participants would be able to:
