This 2 day program is designed for managers and those holding supervisorial duties to help them understand how to manage change in the context of organisational learning.

Some of the key concepts that will be covered in the program include understanding the different nature and types of organisations, as well as the underlying forces of change in the internal and external environment. The program also equips participants with knowledge on mastering change though uncovering the blocks in management and uncovering the levels in the learning organisation that can overcome these blocks.

The program gives scenarios based on real-life examples for participants to apply step-by-step processes to developing a learning culture and gives ways to implement transfer of learning back to their own organisations.

At the end of the workshop, participants will be able to:

  • Describe the concept of change management
  • Explain major approaches to managing change
  • Identify key learning processes within the organisation in order to manage change effectively
  • Identify steps in building a continuous learning culture within the organisation for effective change management
