This course is specially designed for managers and supervisors to raise awareness and introduce them to the concept of the learning organisation. Some of the topics covered for this course includes a review of Senge’s 5th Discipline and the reasons for creating a learning organisation.

The 1-day course provides opportunities for participants to take part in exercises and action-planning scenarios for their organisations thru reflective components built into the programme.
